I : Scratch Junior
Coding is the new literacy! With ScratchJr, young children (ages 4-6) can program their own interactive stories and games. In the process, they learn to solve problems, design projects, and express themselves creatively using tablets.
What can your 4 year old create? Many things indeed! Start your child on their journey in logical thinking with our immersive and enriching preschool programme in order to give them a head start in coding.
Involving physical activity, where they get the chance to learn logic and commands using life-sized blocks, children get to act out these commands with their classmates, with lots of running around (specially designed for active little ones!).
Themes range from Nursery Rhymes, Stories, Nature and Fairy Tales, subjects that our little ones love the most, to engage all their senses as they are challenged to think logically, whether it is to program a fairy to fly, vanquish evil with a Wizard’s wand, or making monkeys jump on the bed at different speeds.
With our MIT-inspired curriculum and small class ratio , your child is guaranteed a strong start on their foundation in Coding and Mathematics which will put them in good stead for the Elementary/Primary School curriculum.

Introduction to Scratch Junior
Exploring and familiarise with Scratch interface.
Basic Computational Techniques
Choosing characters and backgrounds
Animating Characters with basic Motion blocks
Control your Characters
Adding Speed and learning the concept of loops
Counting using the grid

Interaction between sprites (Start on Bump, etc)

Use the techniques you have learnt over the past 4 days
